Sometimes, our mind and body become disconnected in response to events in our life. These events can be trauma, grief, relationship challenges, change in nutrition or sleep, and/or a normal reaction to day to day stressors.

This group is facilitated utilizing the 6 skills within the Evidence Based Treatment of "Mind-Body Bridging." Since prevention treatment is before qualifying for a mental health diagnosis, this group is often not covered by insurance and subject to self-pay rates.

This Group takes the core 6 skills of Mind-Body Bridging and applies it to the treatment of Anxiety and Anxiety related disorders. If you find your behaviors are attributed to Anxiety, this is a great group for you.

Group facilitators may request an Individual session or evaluation to gather missing information, or determine treatment goals and objectives of group before you will be invited to attend.

When there are enough participants, a group lead will reach out to determine a day/time that will be able to serve the majority of participants.
Participants will agree to honor confidentiality and commit to attending the entire treatment cycle before the beginning of the group.
