Solutions Focused:

I believe that every person has unique strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth. My approach is grounded in solution-focused therapy, emphasizing what's working, building on existing resources, and helping clients move toward the future they want rather than remaining focused on past problems. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we identify your goals, recognize your strengths, and uncover the answers that already exist within you.
